Dale
Forest City, NC

My father, Dale Bradley, received excellent care and his nurse Courtney was a blessing to our family in our tragic time and loss of my father. They always made sure he had everything he needed as we kept him at home and took care of him. They always were checking in on us daily and everything we needed came in a very timely manner. So from the family of Dale Bradley we thank you from the bottom of our hearts and appreciate everything everyone did in his last days.

Dustin was only at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills for a short time but he received excellent care. The staff was very kind to him and the rest of our family. They made sure that he was comfortable and had what he needed.

Ted
Forest City, NC

Dad was only at the hospice house for one night, but we appreciate the care he received during his short stay there. Although we called for the nurse many times throughout the evening, she was always pleasant and helpful.

Jimmy
Forest City, NC

Jimmy passed away on Christmas Eve, 2022 surrounded by family and friends. The days leading up to his death were difficult for his family, but the Hospice staff made everything easier. They were attentive to Jimmy and always asked if there was anything they could do for us. Without the nurses who cared for Jimmy it would not have been possible for him to go as peacefully as he did. Thank you to all the staff who assisted our family with the passing of our beloved Jimmy Bridges.
