Hospice Care of South Carolina is formed.
Agapé Hospice is formed.
Hospice Care of South Carolina acquired Agapé Hospice, becoming the largest hospice care provider in South Carolina, providing care across all 46 counties in the state.
Agape Care South Carolina becomes the first and only provider in the state to adopt Muse predictive modeling technology.
Hospice Care of South Carolina and Agapé Hospice form one cohesive brand under the name Agape Care.
Agape Care South Carolina is selected by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for its Hospice Outcomes & Patient Evaluation (HOPE) Assessment Alpha Testing program.
Agape Care South Carolina becomes a Level 4 Partner with We Honor Veterans, a program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) in collaboration with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
