Jeff was in hospice for about a month. I can’t express how much it meant to have the nurses help through this. Everyone that came was wonderful. It made it a little less stressful knowing there was someone there to help when needed. Watching a loved one slip away is hard. It’s made a little more bearable by these amazing people.

Thank you for such great care. My mom was discharged home with the hospice team for only a short time! But let me share with you; these nurses and the director are OUTSTANDING. The staff as a whole never let mom or the family down and they were on time and consistent until the end, and even till this day they still check on the family to see if they need anything. When my Aunt Linda started her hospice journey, I knew it would be hard, but I also knew she was exactly where she needed to be. There was never a doubt in my mind that Hospice of the Carolina Foothills would see us through to the last breath. From the first meeting with Ashley, to being received by Terri when we arrived at the facility, to some hard conversations with Ronda. Linda was in good hands and we, her family, received the support needed to love Linda well. I am forever grateful.
